About The Position

Transports patients and patient related items throughout the medical center in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible to complete patient transports in a timely manner, maintain clean equipment, interact politely and professionally with patients, visitors and medical center staff. Functions independently and as a team member, frequently with direction via phone or pager.

Requirements

• Will stand and walk majority of work schedule.
• Frequently push/pull up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally push/pull 50-80 pounds.
• Requires full use of both hands.
• Repetitive foot motion.
• Trunk rotate/twist/reach.
