Under the direct supervision of the ERSEA Manager, the ERSEA Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in developing, implementing and supervising a high quality program in the Agency's service area, and assuring compliance with Performance as they relate to the social service, eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance components. The ERSEA Assistant Manager must be knowledgeable about the availability of Head Start/EHS eligible children and the policies and procedures of all programs. The ERSEA Assistant Manager assists with the implementation services by performing the following duties.
