About The Position

The Error Resolution role researches and resolves discrepancies involving shipments, locations, or products. The position is responsible for locating missing product quickly and accurately so customer orders can be completed and shipped in a timely manner. The shift is Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The listed pay range is $21.50–$28.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write, and sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Ability to maintain a positive, supportive attitude toward the company, job, customers, and co-workers.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt priorities or job duties as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory, and orders, and adjust inventory quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Understand and accurately process ship-short orders.
• Identify, correct, and record mill errors.
• Operate powered lift equipment if required.
