About The Position

The Error Resolution role researches and resolves discrepancies involving shipments, locations, or products. The role is responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product so customer orders can be completed and shipped in a timely manner. The scheduled shift is 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The listed pay range is $21.50–$28.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write and sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Ability to maintain a positive, supportive attitude toward the company, job, customers, and coworkers.
• May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendations.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory, and orders, and adjust inventory quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Understand and accurately process ship-short orders.
• Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors.
• Operate powered lift equipment when required.
