Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ERP system functionality and troubleshooting.
  • IFS ERP experience preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of ERP support experience
  • Works under general supervision
  • ERP troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Enterprise application configuration
  • ERP implementation support
  • User training and technical documentation
  • System performance monitoring
  • Cross-functional technical collaboration
  • Problem analysis and resolution
  • ERP workflow understanding
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced ERP system support by diagnosing and resolving moderately complex technical issues.
  • Supports system installations, user training, and process improvements while collaborating with engineering and application teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex ERP system issues
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configuration changes
  • Provide technical training and guidance to ERP users
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve system issues
  • Analyze recurring problems and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain ERP documentation and troubleshooting resources
