Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world’s leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters. The ERP Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, configuration, administration, and optimization of the IFS Cloud ERP environment. A particular focus will be on manufacturing and supply chain functions, including the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) module.

Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing, administering, or serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large ERP platforms (preferably IFS Cloud) in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in both solution architecture and system administration roles for ERP platforms.
Strong background in ERP integrations, particularly with PLM.
Experience with custom report generation through SQL queries and other data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements gathering with business stakeholders to design robust solutions across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement capabilities, features, and enhancements to support business growth and process improvements.
Manage IFS integrations with third-party applications including PLM.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and data mappings.
Manage day-to-day operations of the IFS Cloud environment, including user account management, permissions, and security roles.
Partner with other Signia Aerospace ERP specialists to apply lessons learned across ERP environments.
Provide support to business units in investigating unexpected outputs with underlying log data and reports.
Collaborate with the system implementer (vendor) on advanced customizations and large-scale implementations.
Support reporting and business analytics.
