About The Position

The ERP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role will lead the deployment of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at a large-scale facility, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and external implementation partners, while driving accountability, risk management, and overall project governance.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations
  • Experience managing projects in manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations
  • Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ERP deployments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
  • Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed
  • Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners
  • Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate internal and external resources
  • Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions
  • Develop and execute cutover and go-live plans
  • Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams
  • Support stabilization efforts post go-live
