About The Position

HF Sinclair is seeking a ERP Programmer III in Dallas,TX. This role involves performing various programming tasks in ABAP and Java, focusing on interfaces, workflow, and forms. The successful candidate will collaborate within a project team, working with business, functional, and technical members to meet project deadlines for RICEFW objects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing best practices for technology management, leading efforts to establish technical standards, and coordinating with analysts on conversion and interface projects. The role also involves creating and maintaining reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements, troubleshooting ABAP programming issues, and collaborating on system implementation and upgrade strategies. Additionally, the position provides back-end support for PI or XI Exchange infrastructure, develops Salesforce Flows, builds Salesforce user interfaces using various technologies (Apex, LWC, Lighting Aura Visualforce, JavaScript), integrates Salesforce with external applications, and maintains systems through deployment and management processes. The role includes conducting design tasks for moderately complex systems, analyzing information for system design, customizing core application logic for Marketing and Sales Cloud, addressing defect resolution, performing data maintenance, and managing refresh and deployment activities for Salesforce releases.

Requirements

  • Developing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) software programs in SAP
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) report writing using ABAP List Viewer, SAP scripts, Smart Forms, and ABAP Query
  • Dialog programming and integrating system Business Ad-Ins (BADIs), Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs), Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Transaction Events (BTEs), Intermediate Documents (IDocs), and Application Link Enabling/Electronic Data Interchange (ALE/EDI)
  • Managing data migration and system conversions using user exits, enhancements, Batch Data Communication (BDC), and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)
  • Developing Salesforce Flows using declarative development tools.
  • Building Salesforce user interfaces using Apex, Lighting Web Components (LWC), Lighting Aura Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  • Integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Developing and maintaining systems through deployment and management processes.
  • Conducting design tasks for moderately complex systems.
  • Analyzing, compiling, and evaluating information for system design, providing recommendations to project management.
  • Customizing core application logic using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for Marketing and Sales Cloud based on business requirements.
  • Addressing immediate defect resolution to meet project goals and standards.
  • Performing data maintenance and clean-up to ensure data accuracy in production.
  • Managing refresh and deployment activities for major Salesforce and project release.

Responsibilities
