ERP Programme Manager
About The Position
The ERP Programme Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP transformation programme, ensuring it aligns with organisational strategy, business objectives and operational priorities. The role provides leadership, direction and assurance across business, digital and operational workstreams, and establishes and maintains effective programme governance. The Programme Manager develops and manages integrated programme plans, coordinating resources, dependencies, risks and milestones. They engage senior leaders, programme teams, suppliers and end users, and apply agile delivery methodologies and programme management best practices to support implementation, continuous improvement and change adoption. The role also monitors programme performance, financial management and benefits realisation, including workforce planning and resource demand, to help ensure expected business benefits are achieved and sustained. This is a 12-month contract role, inside IR35, that can only be worked within the UK. The posting describes a talent pool rather than a live vacancy. Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes and delivering complex organisational change across business, digital and operational environments.
- Proven ability to provide strategic programme leadership, establish effective governance frameworks and deliver against organisational objectives.
- Strong experience in integrated programme planning, including management of resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones in complex transformation initiatives.
- Evidence of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships across executive, operational, technical and supplier communities.
- Proven application of agile delivery methodologies and programme management best practices to drive transformation outcomes, user adoption and continuous improvement.
- Experience in benefits realisation, workforce planning and financial oversight, ensuring programme investments deliver measurable operational, organisational and business value.
