About The Position

We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused ERP & IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. This supports both general IT helpdesk needs and user or operational support for our Infor CloudSuite Distribution ERP system. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for solving problems, supporting business users, and learning new systems.

Requirements

Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor CloudSuite Distribution preferred).
Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn business processes and explain system functions clearly to non-technical users.
Customer service orientation and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow within both IT and business systems environments.

Responsibilities

Respond to internal support requests related to Infor CloudSuite Distribution and general IT issues.
Assist users with ERP functions such as order entry, purchasing, inventory, and reporting.
Manage some operational responsibilities driven by the reporting of complex or miss-handled ERP transactions.
Provide front-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including ERP access and IT equipment setup.
Document common issues and solutions to build internal knowledge base articles and user guides.
Escalate complex ERP or IT issues to senior staff or external vendors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of support activity, ERP access, and IT asset inventory.
Participate in small projects related to ERP configuration, data cleanup, or system improvements.
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering excellent internal customer service.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies in the execution of job duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
