About The Position

Parksite, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Applications Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing technical and functional support across enterprise applications, including ERP systems, to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The specialist will be a key resource for troubleshooting, data accuracy, business process support, and system enhancements, collaborating with IT, business teams, and external vendors to evolve systems with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise-level systems and applications, including ERP platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively support users across the organization
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining data accuracy
  • Ability to work in a computer-based office environment for extended periods
  • Ability to remain focused while reviewing systems, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and users in a professional setting
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting business applications such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases, or reporting tools used for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of Infor CSD (CloudSuite Distribution) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations is a plus but not required
  • Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory, procurement, or order management

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for business applications and ERP systems by troubleshooting user issues and responding to support tickets.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively report technical or functional issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update system data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms and modules.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and system procedures to promote knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Assist with system testing, upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Support data integrity efforts through data imports, exports, and basic report generation across applications.
  • Participate in system audits, data cleanup initiatives, and quality assurance activities.
  • Follow and support data governance standards, helping audit and maintain high-quality, compliant data across systems.
