About The Position

Onto Innovation is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst for Field Services to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle ERP solutions for Field Service operations. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to ensure system stability, data accuracy, reporting visibility, and continuous improvement of service-related processes. The position will handle production incidents, enhancement initiatives, and analytics/reporting needs, working extensively with large volumes of ERP data.

Requirements

Functional Expertise in Field Service operations
Experience with Service requests and work orders
Experience with Preventive maintenance
Experience with Service contracts and warranty processes
Integration with Inventory, Order Management, and Billing
Experience supporting large ERP datasets
Proven experience in incident management and enhancement delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Service modules (CS / Install Base / Depot Repair as applicable)
Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Inventory (INV)
Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Order Management (OM)
Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Accounts Receivable (AR)
Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) BI Publisher reporting

Responsibilities

Act as functional SME for Field Service-related business processes within Oracle ERP
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system designs
Configure, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and fixes
Provide production support, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution
Support business users with change requests, enhancements, and process improvements
Participate in release planning and regression testing
Work with large and complex data sets within Oracle ERP
Support business stakeholders in developing, validating, and enhancing operational reports, performance dashboards, and Service KPIs
Partner with technical teams to validate data using SQL/PL/SQL
Create functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting teams
Ensure data integrity and process compliance across integrated modules
