About The Position

Arcwide is seeking a motivated and dedicated ERP Finance Consultant to deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Finance module. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, map processes, and design ERP solutions suited to their operational needs. The role includes configuring and customising IFS Cloud modules, guiding clients through implementation phases from discovery and design through testing, training, and go-live, and advising clients on ways to optimise business performance using IFS solutions.

The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional project teams to align business processes with the ERP system, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and continue developing expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices. The role also includes post-implementation reviews and ongoing client support where required. Travel to customer sites may be required depending on project demands. Arcwide describes its working model as hybrid, with each team determining its own in-person and remote schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the Finance module area.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required by project demands.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
