About The Position

abra is seeking an experienced ERP Logistics Consultant to lead business analysis and process optimization initiatives in logistics and supply chain environments. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into system specifications, supporting ERP implementation projects, and working with end users and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. The position is full-time and hybrid, with travel to customer sites across Israel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP projects within logistics and supply chain domains.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, goods receipt and issuance, stock counts, distribution, shipping, sales processes, and supply chain workflows.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and leading business and user requirements.
• Excellent analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• High-level technical and technological understanding, including interfaces, system configurations, and operational reporting.
• Strong documentation and specification writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout Israel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working directly with warehouse managers, procurement teams, operations teams, distribution teams, and customer service representatives.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements in logistics and supply chain domains and translate them into system specifications.
• Work closely with business users, process owners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and optimize logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and shipping.
• Support ERP projects throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation through go-live.
• Prepare functional specifications, requirements documents, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, configurations, and operational reporting requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users.
