About The Position

Ontic is seeking an ERP Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support ERP applications, particularly Infor SyteLine and Infor OS. The role develops customizations, integrations, reports, and technical solutions for manufacturing and enterprise functions. It works with business users, functional teams, project managers, IT colleagues, and external partners to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable ERP solutions. The developer also supports ERP upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement, ensuring technical solutions are documented, tested, and deployed in line with company standards. The position is based onsite at Ontic's Weston, Florida facility. Weston is a new 100,000-square-foot site acquired in 2026 that is intended to become a dedicated Original Equipment production site, with operations being prepared for 2027. The role offers an opportunity to contribute as the site and its ways of working develop.

Requirements

At least three years of experience as an ERP Developer or in a comparable applications development role.
Practical development experience with SyteLine, including customization, scripting, reporting, or integration work.
Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex queries, views, stored procedures, and controlled data manipulation.
Experience developing and supporting APIs, web services, and integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
Knowledge of development technologies such as C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting ERP projects, upgrades, or deployments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Must meet export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person, as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15; this includes a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infor OS, Crystal Reports or SSRS, cloud ERP, Jira, Git or other version-control tools, Agile delivery, or manufacturing, finance, supply-chain, or inventory processes.
Relevant SyteLine, Infor OS, or associated technology training or certification.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications, reports, interfaces, screens, forms, dashboards, and workflows for SyteLine and Infor OS.
Translate agreed business requirements into technical specifications and ERP solutions in collaboration with functional analysts and business stakeholders.
Develop and support integrations between ERP and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Create and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, data routines, triggers, and batch processes for reporting, data exchange, and system functionality.
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and feature releases through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Investigate and resolve ERP defects, integration failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
Follow the software development lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and performance.
