About The Position

The Principal ERP Developer leads the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite Finance solutions (R12 and later). The role partners with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. It oversees custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components), and provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers while ensuring best practices, coding standards, and project timelines. The position manages configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules, and collaborates with functional leads supporting General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). It leads and supports EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with enterprise applications; maintains technical documentation; ensures compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards; and drives continuous improvement in performance, automation, and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
