About The Position

The ERP Consultant supports the implementation, customization, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), working alongside experienced consultants and business teams. The role is suited to someone with experience in ERP, business systems, or IT support who wants to develop in a collaborative, bilingual environment. The position is permanent and full-time, located in Torrance, California. It requires English and Japanese language skills and offers visa support. Salary is DOE, listed as $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Requirements

Some experience with ERP systems, business applications, IT support, or a related field is preferred.
Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Experience working in a Japanese-English bilingual environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience participating in ERP implementation or system improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Support ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions.
Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
Help configure, test, and maintain ERP modules.
Provide end-user training and day-to-day system support.
Troubleshoot system issues and work with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve them.
Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.
