The ERP Business Analyst will conduct analysis of existing business process configuration within Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and partner with production locations on improvements & changes. The focus for this role is on continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics F&O utilization, including process automation and reporting across all HBD locations. Since this role is the point of contact for all requests and changes to the production environment including technical errors and enhancement requests, the role requires understanding of all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics F&O from customer service to Manufacturing, through supply chain and to financial reconciliation.
