This role serves as the primary liaison between business teams and the ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, resolving process challenges, and leading the implementation of ERP solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience
• Knowledge of ERP manufacturing concepts
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Nice To Haves

• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA)
• Certification in ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Configure and customize ERP systems to align with business needs and proven practices
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Partner with data stakeholders on clean migrations and accurate system integrations
• Develop data models, mappings, and transformations to support migration, integration, and reporting
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
