About The Position

We are seeking a motivated accounting and business systems professional to support ERP implementation and business transformation projects for manufacturing clients. This position is designed for an individual with strong financial and operational knowledge who wants to develop into a trusted client advisor and project leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • ERP experience required, preferably Plex
  • 1 year of experience supporting ERP configuration, testing, or implementation
  • 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Manufacturing costing knowledge required
  • Knowledge and understanding of chart of account design and ERP systems
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project status sessions.
  • Document business requirements, decisions, risks, and action items.
  • Assist in preparing project communications and status reporting.
  • Build relationships with client accounting, operations, engineering, and management teams.
  • Learn how to facilitate discussions and present recommendations to clients.
  • Assist with ERP configuration, testing, and process validation.
  • Support conference room pilots and training activities.
  • Help document current and future-state business processes.
  • Participate in data conversion and validation activities.
  • Assist with system security, reporting, and process design tasks.
  • Support chart of accounts development and financial reporting design.
  • Assist with costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing accounting requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop process documentation and training materials.
  • Participate in month-end, financial reporting, and operational workflow discussions.
  • Track project tasks and deadlines.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up documentation.
  • Support issue tracking and resolution activities.
  • Coordinate activities among internal and client teams.
  • Assist project managers with planning and execution activities.
