About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Process & Modernization Consultant</b> to lead cross -functional workshops documenting current (“as -is”) processes and defining future -state solutions within an enterprise SAP ERP environment</b>. </p> This role will analyze operational workflows, identify system and process gaps, and develop a structured modernization blueprint supporting an SAP S/4HANA upgrade</b> or transition to a new ERP platform</b>. The Consultant will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements while guiding governance, change management, and implementation planning efforts. </p> The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise</b> with workshop facilitation and enterprise modernization experience. </p>

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree</b> in Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field</b>.
  • 8+ years</b> of experience supporting ERP systems</b> in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years</b> of SAP functional or technical experience</b>.
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP modernization or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to conduct and facilitate cross -functional business process workshops.
  • Experience developing detailed functional and technical requirements documentation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing process maps, gap analyses, and modernization roadmaps.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree</b> in Business, Information Systems, or related field.</b>
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation</b>.
  • Prior experience evaluating or implementing alternative ERP platforms</b>.
  • Experience in large, multi -department enterprise or government environments.
  • Certification in SAP (functional or technical modules).</b> </b>
  • PMP, PMI -ACP, or other project management certification</b>.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • Experience developing data migration and archiving strategies.
  • Expertise in ERP reporting frameworks and dashboard modernization.
