Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of technical and business-facing experience in systems analysis, configuration, or application support.
Strong alignment with company core values; resilient and results-oriented.
Understanding of change control processes for requirement and system artifacts.
Experience with Agile methodology (user stories, backlog management, sprint participation).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills (meetings, documentation, follow-up).

Experience in a multi-plant environment in areas including: Master Data (Customers, Vendors, Items), Financials (GL, AP, AR), Sales Order Management (Quotes, Orders), Manufacturing (Planning, Operations, BOMs, Production), MRP & Procurement (PO Suggestions, Requisitioning)
Experience with other ERP systems is also acceptable.
Experience working in manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders across multiple functions to understand business processes and align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate user needs into clear specifications for development teams and facilitate review and sign-off.
Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation.
Work closely with end users to define, configure, test, and optimize ERP system functionality.
Serve as second-level support to troubleshoot, resolve, and appropriately escalate ERP-related issues.
Coordinate ERP enhancement requests, system changes, and upgrades with IT and business teams.
Support the creation and maintenance of master data and ensure data integrity across modules.
Lead or participate in IT and business projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
Plan and manage activities including requirement workshops, design reviews, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and technology requirements to support decision-making.
Contribute to RFP processes by defining functional requirements and evaluating software solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and document results.
Provide training and documentation to end users on new functionality, processes, and best practices.
Support change management processes, ensuring updates are properly communicated and adopted.
