About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an ERP Application Developer to help HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform. The position covers Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work. The developer will work with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable Workday configurations and well-engineered solutions. The role also involves contributing to code and design reviews and mentoring more junior engineers.

Requirements

Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
Deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced and composite reports.
Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
Strong understanding of the Workday security framework.
Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
Familiarity with Workday tenant management and the release process.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Workday Pro certifications.
Experience with Workday Extend application development.
Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.

Responsibilities

Configure Workday, including business processes and condition rules.
Design and develop Workday reports, including advanced and composite reports.
Create and maintain calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
Support Workday integrations and perform lightweight application extension work.
