About The Position

As our ERP Administrator, you are the primary architect of our operational workflows. You lead the "Functional Cell" of the IT department, serving as the bridge between our executive strategy and the daily technical execution within our ERP. Your immediate mission is the high-stakes migration from Spruce and Woodware to Epicor BisTrack over the next six months. Post-implementation, you will lead your team of Business Analysts to ensure our 10 locations operate on a unified, automated, and highly efficient "Sales-to-Delivery" engine. You don't just manage software; you manage the digital lifecycle of our business. Core Focus: Platform stability, release management, and cross-functional system logic. Tool Ownership: Bistrack and Spruce (Lead Admin). Role Summary: The "Platform Owner" who ensures the heartbeat of the company remains steady. They manage the internal team of analysts to ensure that every update or new feature in Bistrack supports the bottom line.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in ERP Administration or Business Systems leadership.
  • A background in the LBM (Lumber & Building Materials), distribution, or manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Strong experience with Epicor BisTrack or Spruce is highly preferred.
  • You must understand the nuances of multi-location inventory, special orders, and price book management.
  • Proven experience managing a team of analysts. You know how to delegate technical tasks while maintaining a high-level view of the project roadmap.
  • While this is a functional role, you must be comfortable with database logic, SQL queries, and the "plumbing" of modern SaaS and ERP integrations.
  • The ability to translate complex system logic into "plain English" for the sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and mentor Business Analysts. You are responsible for their project prioritization, professional development, and ensuring their specialized focuses (CPQ, Supply Chain, and General Ops) align into a cohesive system strategy.
  • Partner with department heads across the 10 locations to map existing processes and redesign them for maximum automation within BisTrack. Your goal is to eliminate manual "double-entry" and friction.
  • Ensure BisTrack remains the "Single Source of Truth" while maintaining seamless data flow with specialized design and manufacturing tools, and CPQ logic.
  • Partner closely with the Data Team to ensure the systems your team builds generate clean, reportable data for PowerBI. You provide the functional requirements that drive the company’s data insights.
