Candescent is currently searching for a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Administrator to support the ongoing administration, analysis, and optimization of our ERP Platform and Time and Expense Platform. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to document and understand requirements, supporting configuration and reporting needs, assisting with user support, and helping ensure data quality and platform usability across Accounting, Project Delivery, and related Teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, disciplined, and organized professional with a proven background with Cloud ERP Platform Administration and Optimization. This is a mid-Level Administrator role with a primary focus on Oracle NetSuite ERP and SAP Concur. The candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up style / private equity environment, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as an ERP Administrator. Minimum five years of experience.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and administration. Experience building Saved Searches, custom workflows, modifying forms, and customizing canned reports are required skills. SuiteScript knowledge is preferred but not required.
Experience deploying and supporting Integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
NetSuite Administrator Certification is not required, but strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements by partnering with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and ongoing needs relative to NetSuite and Concur.
Assist in translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions by supporting configuration efforts, reporting, and system enhancements.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of NetSuite reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and data-driven decision making.
Support data quality, consistency, and usability within NetSuite by assisting with validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform hygiene.
Participate in testing activities, including functional testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure NetSuite enhancements meet business requirements.
Provide day-to-day NetSuite user support, serving as an initial point of contact for questions and issues, and escalating more complex items as needed. Tracking of all request from Business Partners is required.
Maintain clear documentation related to requirements, processes, and NetSuite changes to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving, private equity-backed environment.
Provide user support for the Concur Time and Expense Platform.
