This position will serve as a liaison in the proper implementation of our ergonomic program. The role requires daily interaction with Team Members in the HMP program, investigation of new illness cases to ensure effective root cause prevention and that preventative measures are being followed on each shift. The coordinator will be responsible for writing and following up on work orders in SAP, preparing and conducting monthly Ergo meetings for senior management, and performing various ergonomic audits and entering information into tracking systems. This position also requires facilitating ergonomic program awareness training at the hourly level, conducting knife sharpness audits, and assisting AHTs with fitting new Team Members with the proper equipment. Other tasks may be assigned. The successful candidate must be willing to work in any department, which may include the harvest and processing floors.
