About The Position

This position is for an ERC Assistant at Fleming Middle School for the 2026/27 school year. The role involves working with the ERC team of assistants and special needs students. The position is 7 hours per day, 4 days per week, for 155 days per year. Bilingual and biliterate candidates are encouraged to apply. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Two (2) years of college coursework or Associate’s Degree (may be waived pending successful performance on skills test administered by the District)
Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional
Person filling this position will have to be fingerprinted
