About The Position

Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an ER Tech to join our Emergency Room team! This is a Per Diem position with 12-hour rotating shifts, requiring every other weekend and rotating holidays as per department needs. An Emergency Care Technician, under the direction and supervision of the nurse, performs selected patient care tasks and other duties. They follow detailed and specific instructions, verifying matters not covered with the nurse.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Licensed as a CNA, PCA, MA, EMT, or EMT-P.
• Certifications must be held at the state level or be nationally registered.

Responsibilities

• Performs selected patient care tasks under the direction and supervision of the nurse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follows detailed and specific instructions.
• Verifies matters not covered with the nurse.
