About The Position

Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an Emergency Care Technician to join its Emergency Room team. Under the direction and supervision of a nurse, the technician performs selected patient care tasks and other duties. The role follows detailed and specific instructions, and verifies any matters not covered with the nurse.

This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE position requiring 36 hours per week. The schedule is a 12-hour day shift from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., every other weekend, with rotating holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred licensure as a CNA, PCA, MA, EMT, or EMT-P; certification must be held at the state level or be nationally registered.

Responsibilities
