About The Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equity research within a small-firm environment. Interns will support the investment team by conducting company and sector research, building financial models, tracking market developments, and preparing research materials. This role provides direct mentorship from CFA® professionals and exposure to live portfolio decisions, offering a potential path to future opportunities with the firm.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; rising junior or senior preferred
• Strong interest in equity markets, investment analysis, and portfolio management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with financial data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, or similar) a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Nice To Haves

• Coursework in equity valuation, corporate finance, or portfolio theory
• Progress toward or interest in the CFA® program
• Prior experience with financial modeling or investment research

Responsibilities

• Assist with company and sector research, including fundamental analysis and earnings review
• Support the investment team in building and maintaining financial models
• Track market developments, economic data, and portfolio holdings
• Help prepare research summaries and investment committee materials
• Conduct due diligence on securities and funds under consideration for client portfolios
• Assist with performance monitoring and benchmarking of existing holdings
