About The Position
Beeline Equity Now is changing the way homeowners access equity. Instead of another loan, our customers sell a small share of their home's future value and receive $50,000 to $200,000 in cash with no monthly payments, no interest, and no need to move. We're looking for Equity Guides who can educate, build trust, and help homeowners make confident financial decisions.
Requirements
- Friendly, empathetic, and naturally curious
- Great on the phone and comfortable explaining numbers
- Honest and consultative—not pushy
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experienced in sales, customer service, or financial services (mortgage experience is a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities
- Guide homeowners by phone, text, and email
- Explain a new financial product in simple, everyday language
- Understand each customer's goals and determine if our solution is the right fit
- Walk customers through the process from first conversation to funding
- Deliver an exceptional experience that leaves customers feeling informed and supported
