About The Position

Beeline Deerfield is hiring a Barback for a new location opening in Summer 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant and possess a strong hospitality mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teamwork and positivity. Beeline offers a wide selection of beer, wine, and craft cocktails, and aims to create enjoyable guest experiences for people to gather, eat, and drink.

Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• High-volume barback experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
• Keep constant awareness of the bar’s needs
• Change blown kegs
• Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
• Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
• Bus tables throughout shift
