About The Position

Beeline Deerfield is opening a new location in Summer 2026 and is hiring a Bartender. The role involves working in a high-volume bar, making great money, having fun, and being part of an awesome team. Beeline offers a wide selection of beer, wine, and high-quality craft cocktails made with local ingredients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a hospitality mindset, always brings their best, thrives in teamwork, and spreads positivity. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar
• Craft cocktail experience is a must
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
• Great communication skills
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must be proficient with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience required
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
