About The Position

Fiscal.ai is a research and data platform serving capital markets professionals. The Equity Analyst analyzes and compiles financial data from publicly listed companies, with an emphasis on tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into company performance. The role helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of the company database, processes customer data requests, and supports new financial data and analytics initiatives. The position requires a strong foundation in finance and accounting, particularly in financial reporting, financial analysis, and equity analysis.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong background in finance and accounting, preferably in financial reporting, financial analysis, and/or equity analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and market disclosures to extract KPIs.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP, Local GAAP, and IFRS.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take initiative.

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and compile financial data from publicly listed companies, tracking and interpreting KPIs to generate insights on company performance.
• Keep the database up to date on a quarterly reporting basis.
• Process customer company or data requests efficiently.
• Understand and update company data when financial reporting changes occur.
• Develop standardized KPI frameworks across industries.
• Assist in driving new Fiscal.ai data initiatives.
