About The Position

This role provides financial modeling, investment analysis, due diligence, and transaction support for debt and equity financings across a portfolio of affordable housing developments. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate related disciplines
0 - 3 years of experience in finance or real estate related roles
Strong computer skills including Excel (proficiency including knowledge of advanced formulas, financial metrics, managing large datasets, etc. required) and other MS Office Suite products.
Strong capacity to execute autonomously and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-task environment, balancing competing priorities and multiple project assignments.
Limited travel may be required
Possess a friendly, proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow
Adaptable and willing to take on tasks as needed
Team oriented mind-set is an absolute must
