About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring an Equipment Technician in Atlanta to maintain and service housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by customers. The technician will repair and maintain commercial housekeeping equipment, support assigned customer accounts, demonstrate equipment, manage service records and parts inventory, and coordinate with other departments to help ensure customer satisfaction. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, including carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
