Requirements

  • Maintenance and repair of complex electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Analyze tool performance data to detect problems and suggest improvements.
  • Attention to detail and strong quality of workmanship imperative
  • Communication within your team and cooperation with MFG and Process to ensure no interruption to production
  • Great Work Ethic and ability to pick up on new things.
  • Multitasking and handling stressful environments with ability to juggle multiple items and requests.
  • Mechanical and equipment troubleshooting related experience encouraged: Automotive, Home Appliance Repair, Electrical work all accepted
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • A strong ability to learn quickly. Needs to be team-oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative-driven with adaptable priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
  • Team player with leadership skills, able to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Goal-driven with experience in high-performing team cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Repair equipment according to blueprints and/or written procedures
  • Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
  • Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed
  • Become certified on a variety of tool types
  • Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals
  • Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures.
