Requirements
- Maintenance and repair of complex electronic and mechanical systems.
- Analyze tool performance data to detect problems and suggest improvements.
- Attention to detail and strong quality of workmanship imperative
- Communication within your team and cooperation with MFG and Process to ensure no interruption to production
- Great Work Ethic and ability to pick up on new things.
- Multitasking and handling stressful environments with ability to juggle multiple items and requests.
- Mechanical and equipment troubleshooting related experience encouraged: Automotive, Home Appliance Repair, Electrical work all accepted
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- A strong ability to learn quickly. Needs to be team-oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
- Initiative-driven with adaptable priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
- Team player with leadership skills, able to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Goal-driven with experience in high-performing team cultures.
Responsibilities
- Repair equipment according to blueprints and/or written procedures
- Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
- Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed
- Become certified on a variety of tool types
- Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals
- Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures.
