The position is needed for the equipment engineering group in the Photo area, responsible for manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on equipment failure analysis and characterization, with an emphasis on optimizing, improving, and providing solutions/feedback for equipment. The individual will learn and maintain obsolescence tools, assist with preventative maintenance (PMs), and potentially work a hybrid shift. This role is crucial for upskilling shifts that need more help, alleviating shift-specific PM burdens, keeping data organized, highlighting potential problems, and providing feedback on resource needs across all shifts. The position involves working with the maintenance team to troubleshoot, provide long-term solutions, and training, as well as leading and driving corrective actions for equipment issues. It also includes assisting in transitioning FR/GO Wiki, monitoring equipment performance, identifying and fixing tools, certifying and training maintenance staff, establishing written procedures, and collaborating with process engineering and electrical engineering (EE) teams to resolve rework, scrap, and excursion issues. The role also involves providing safety recommendations and ensuring tools meet QA site requirements.
