About The Position

We are seeking an Equipment Specialist to join our family-oriented team. In this role, you will be responsible for the custom assembly and fabrication of dump bodies onto premium heavy-duty chassis. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, metal cutting, and drilling.
• Ability to read and understand English-language wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently on a build while remaining a cohesive part of the team.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• You are required to have your own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble dump truck bodies onto various OEM heavy-duty truck chassis.
• Expertly weld steel using MIG equipment; operate plasma cutters and oxy/acetylene torches.
• Fabricate and install 12V wiring harnesses and PTO (Power Take-Off) assemblies.
• Assemble and plumb hydraulic hoses and complete hydraulic systems.
• Accurately read tape measures and follow complex wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Operate forklifts and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
