About The Position

The Equipment Service Installer is responsible for performing installation, removal, and relocation of fountain and refrigeration equipment. This role involves checking in and out equipment as needed, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure proper operation, and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication. The installer will also manage vehicle parts inventory, load and unload equipment, and build cross-functional relationships with Planning, Sales, and Customers. Compliance with safety standards, including maintaining a safe work area, completing safety training, and utilizing PPE, is crucial. The role also requires keeping the vehicle clean and organized.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year of work experience required.
Prior experience with general plumbing including the technical application.
Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude.
Basic computer application and technology skills.
Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.
Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.

Nice To Haves

Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
Prior experience using a forklift preferred.
Class-E Driver’s license required for Missouri drivers and locations only.

Responsibilities

Installs and uninstalls Coca-Cola equipment at a customer location based on a predetermined schedule.
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment to keep in proper operating condition.
Maintains positive customer relationships with effective communication.
Maintains and completes required paperwork, such as work tickets, parts list, etc.
Ensures vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory as well as maintain accuracy of parts usage.
Loads and unloads equipment and other installation work as assigned.
Responsible for checking in and out equipment as needed.
Builds successful cross-functional relationships with Planning, Sales, and Customers by creating open lines of communication for all parties and coordinating activities effectively.
Complies with safety standards: maintains safe work area, complies with safety standards, completes daily stretches and assigned safety training, and utilizes all PPE (personal protective equipment).
Keeps vehicle clean and organized.
