About The Position

Taylor Corporation is seeking a part-time Equipment Operator at its Springboro, Ohio location. The role operates equipment used to mix chemical batches according to production specifications and company quality standards. The operator must follow mix sheets and recipes, measure materials accurately, and complete quality checks before products move to the next stage. The work primarily involves non-hazardous chemicals and requires compliance with safety requirements related to the job and equipment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, up to six hours per day, for 24 hours per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The position requires the ability to lift more than 40 pounds, communicate and exchange information accurately, remain stationary regularly, operate machinery and handle production materials constantly, and move around the facility frequently.

Requirements

Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and chemical mix sheets.
Strong attention to detail, particularly with measurements and quality checks.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Ability to lift more than 40 pounds.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regular ability to remain in a stationary position.
Constant operation of machinery and handling of products, including production materials.
Frequent movement inside the facility.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of prior experience operating mixing or batch equipment in a manufacturing environment.
