About The Position

Taylor Corporation is seeking a part-time Equipment Operator at its Springboro, Ohio location. The operator mixes chemical batches using equipment and follows production specifications, mix sheets, and company quality standards. The role requires accurate measurement of materials and completion of quality checks before product proceeds to the next stage. Work is primarily with non-hazardous chemicals. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, up to 6 hours per day, for 24 hours per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and chemical mix sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with measurements and quality checks.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to lift 40 or more pounds.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including production materials.
• Frequently move inside the facility.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of prior experience operating mixing or batch equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used to mix chemical batches.
• Follow mix sheets and chemical recipes exactly as written.
• Measure materials accurately according to specifications.
• Perform required quality checks before releasing product to the next production stage.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with safety requirements related to the job and equipment.
