About The Position

The Equipment Operator supports Cornerstone Brands at QVC Group’s Goodyear, Arizona fulfillment center. The role uses powered industrial equipment to move merchandise between docks and storage racks and performs related fulfillment and inventory functions. The position is onsite and reports to an Operations Supervisor. Relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

At least 3 months of experience in a distribution or fulfillment center environment.
Willingness to be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (PIT), such as a walkie rider, stand-up forklift, stock picker, crane, or turret truck.
Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift an average of 50–75 lbs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed.
Team-oriented approach and willingness to work in other areas of the operation when needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the position’s performance standards.

Responsibilities

Carry out assigned daily functions, including safe equipment operation, stock replenishment, case and pallet put-away, cycle counting, and location verification.
Inspect and properly maintain powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment in accordance with operating guidelines and rules.
Support CSI philosophies and promote a positive work environment.
Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and meet distribution center quality and customer satisfaction requirements.
Operate an RF device for department functions.
Perform other duties as directed by CSI Management.
