About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Los Angeles, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Grade work for a 6-story multifamily building
Cut, fill, and compaction work
Level of land using site plans and grade stakes
Read stakes to determine rough and finish elevations
Work with laser receiver for grading accuracy

Requirements

• Experience operating Mini excavators, CAT Skid Steer 304 or similar and general earthwork grading equipment
• 10+ years equipment operation experience
• Certification to operate heavy equipment
• Strong ability to read grade stakes, blueprints, and site plans
• Must be able to work from survey layout and stakes
