About The Position

CVS Health is seeking dependable Equipment Operators to safely operate powered equipment and pick and move bulk merchandise cases in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Equipment includes forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. This full-time role is scheduled for 40 hours per week on the first shift. The hourly pay range is $17.00–$31.30; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, and geography.

Requirements

• Ability to operate powered equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Bulk case picking experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, to pick and move bulk merchandise cases.
• Read and interpret store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Perform preliminary safety checks on equipment before use.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
