About The Position

The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment, executing tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials. This role requires collaboration with team members to ensure safe and efficient job site operations, conducting routine equipment inspections, and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. The operator will also assist in equipment setup and breakdown and work closely with project managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, forklifts, and boom lifts.
• Proficiency in digging, grading, and material handling.
• Ability to conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to assist in equipment setup and breakdown.
• Good communication skills to work with project managers and supervisors.
