Requirements

Ability to safely operate equipment in a variety of conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to step in and help the team
Good communication and awareness on active jobsites
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and respond when the job requires it
Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner across a variety of jobsite conditions
Support site work, maintenance, and project-based operations across industrial and construction environments
Perform daily equipment inspections and identify/report maintenance needs
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to execute work plans
Adapt to changing jobsite conditions and support the team wherever needed
Follow all company and client safety standards without exception
