About The Position

The Equipment Operator supports warehouse operations by assisting with order picking, let downs, replenishment, and other departments’ goals. The role handles products for clients involved in the active lifestyle and requires reliable, accurate, efficient, and safety-conscious work while balancing quality and pace. Operators should be attentive to how their work affects others and help remove obstacles for the next person in the workflow.

The available schedule is Thursday through Monday: Thursday, Friday, and Monday from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, including a $3.00 shift differential. The work location is 1950 S. Vintage Ave, Ontario, CA 91761.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of forklift experience operating an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and climb ladders or stairs.
• Comfort working at heights in elevated areas and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order picking, let downs, and replenishment, and support departments in meeting their goals.
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, order/cherry pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, cycle counting, and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
