About The Position

Luck Stone's Enoree, South Carolina plant is seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to safely operate excavators, loaders, and other specialized machinery while consistently delivering a high level of performance. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and able to complete essential duties independently with minimal supervision.

The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Benefits begin on the first day of employment. Final offers are based on factors including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience operating excavators and loaders.
• Ability to operate multiple types of equipment safely and proficiently.
• Strong awareness of workplace and equipment safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, attentive, and committed to quality performance.
• Willingness to assist with general construction duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment, including a WA600 loader and an excavator.
• Follow company health and safety policies and regulations.
• Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment and perform routine safety checks.
• Ensure equipment is properly positioned before operation, shutdown, loading, or unloading.
• Promptly report equipment faults or maintenance concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman.
• Assist with other construction-related duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
