About The Position
Knife River is seeking an Equipment Operator/Groundsperson to join their Grade Team. This role involves operating heavy construction equipment and performing ground duties as needed. The company is committed to supporting military veterans in their transition to civilian life and recognizes the transferable skills from various military roles to this position.
Requirements
- Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations.
- Experience working with Excavators, Loaders and other heavy construction equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays.
- Knowledge of grade control.
- Ability to work on the ground as needed.
- Willing to travel within Montana and surrounding areas.
